We are the Scottish Railway Preservation Society, a Charitable Company limited by guarantee, registered in Scotland, Registration Number 55533, Scottish Charity No.SCO 02375. We were founded in 1961, and our objective is the advancement of the railway heritage of Scotland. Our collecting, collection care and railway operations are based at Bo'ness in central Scotland, on the Firth of Forth. We are managed and run by volunteers.
